Milk Cake


  • Mahaan Milk Powder:  2 teaspoons
  • Sugar:  2 Cups
  • Mahaan Ghee:  4 Tablespoon
  • Maida:  1 Tablespoon
  • Mix the milk powder in 2 cups of water nicely


  1. In a pan add Mahaan ghee and fry the maida till light brown.

  2. Add the other contents and start stirring.

  3. Stir continuously till it boils and comes to a thicker consistency.

  4. Once the bubbles slows down and the contents become little thicker remove the pan from the stove and then start stirring till the contents are thicker enough and comes together when stirred.

  5. Grease a plate with Mahaan ghee and add the contents on it.

  6. Take a plastic cover and apply Mahaan ghee and level the contents to make a smoother surface.

  7. Once it becomes little warm with a greased knife make cuttings in diamond shape.

  8. Once taken out garnish with nuts and serve.

Milk Poli


  • Rava:  2 Cups
  • Salt:  1 Pinch
  • Mahaan Ghee:  4 Teaspoons
  • Mahaan Milk powder:  4 teaspoons
  • Sugar:  1 - 1+1/2 cups
  • Cardamom, Saffron To taste
  • Mix the milk powder in 2 cups of water nicely


  1. Knead the above ingredients into a firm dough.

  2. Roll out into thin poories.

  3. Deep fry in Mahaan ghee and store in airtight container.

  4. Boil Mahaan milk powder solution on slow flame. When reduced add sugar and continue to boil slowly.

  5. Remove the Mahaan milk powder solution from flame. Add the poli one by one and let it soak well.

  6. Store poli's separately as well-soaked poli's tend to stick together.
