What We Do:



Milk which is the basic raw material for us is procured from milk producers directly or indirectly. This may be done through our own collection system or by contractors. Such collected Milk is foremost tested using the most modern available techniques and needs to clear our stringent quality norms to be accepted for processing. It is then taken into the manufacturing area where it is first processed for separation into FAT & SNF. The FAT portion is processed to manufacture Ghee and the SNF part is processed to manufacture various types of milk powders using the best technology required for manufacturing of milk products.



Manufacturing of Ghee:



The manufacture of Ghee is done by the conversion of FAT into Butter and subsequently melted to give the finished product Ghee. All this is done considering the requirements of our consumers regarding aroma, texture & granulation along with the physical appearance of the product.



Manufacturing of Milk Products:



The manufacture of Milk Powders is done by applying heat transfer technology. The parameters for the manufacturing depend on the type of Milk Powder being manufactured keeping in mind the agglomeration properties of the product. The satisfaction of the consumer is top most priority while undergoing the quality inspection for final release of the product.

The statutory requirements of the concerned food departments of the Govt. of India are met herewith.
